State Member for Morayfield Mark Ryan has announced the location of a new special school in Caboolture, which will ease enrolment pressure on the state’s largest special school.
The new special school, to be delivered in time for the start of the 2020 school year, will be co-located with Caboolture State High School on Lee Street, Caboolture. More than $24 million will be invested in the construction of the school, which will ultimately accommodate 280 secondary students from Years 7 to 12.
Construction of the Caboolture High-School took place by Benedictus Group for Badge Constructions on the 27th of May 2019.
The new high school’s location is along Lee road, backing onto the existing Caboolture primary school. Through careful planning and rigorous management processes, the building and construction of Caboolture High School saw smooth operation making faster times than anticipated and with good management, it saw a fine quality finish. During these construction processes, Benedictus Group saw 10 – 20 direct team members work diligently amongst external subcontractors brought in by Benedictus Group, achieving a smooth and quality execution of all building and construction responsibilities Benedictus Group played a part in.
Benedictus Groups teams were run by Trent Beggs, and while building and developing other projects during the period of this build, Trent took leadership and alleviated the pressures of a construction process by ensuring management stayed within our particular managing processes.
